Adding more Computer Memory (also known as RAM), or upgrading your old hard drive to a Solid State Drive (SSD) is still the most effective way to dramatically improve the performance of your Apple MacBook Air system.
Hi all, I need to recover the data from an Apple SSD, however as per-usual Apple are being difficult. The SSD has a PCIe style connection so it cant just be thrown into a caddy like any normal drive. I own an adapter which is stated to work for my model of Mac. However you can see from the following photos that the adapter is no where near the correct fit for the SSD. I've searched all over Google, Ebay. And Amazon for the correct adapter but none seem to have the correct fit. Just wanted to ask if any of you have had a similar problem with this model of Mac and if you'd be able to shed some light onto resolving the issue.
Thanks in advance!
